    Location couldn't be better. You don't even need to walk and there's lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, transport etc. The room was very clean. The staff was always prompt and responsive.

    The place would need to be refubished. Except the common areas, furniture is very old and the building itself isn't in great conditions (e.g. squeaking floor, thin walls). There is no wifi in the rooms, it kept disconnecting and even when connected it was awfully slow - not worth the 5 euros/24 hours they ask for.

    The breakfast was excellent, and the staff resolved our issue with our room assignation (see below) professionally and with courtesy,

    We were initially assigned a smokers' room in spite of having specifically asked for a non-smokers' room. There was some difficulty in obtaining an alternative room, but eventually the hotel upgraded us withough charge. However I do not believe that we should have benn put in this position at all.

    My parents stayed there. They loved breakfast and position of the hotel. It is a bit worn out, but they even liked it. "Smells like old real Berlin". Real volue for money!!

    It does not correspond to a 4 star hotel, it is a middle 3 star hotel. No internet possibilities in the room.Old furntiure, very small tv, very simple bathroom, bad smell in the bathroom, nois from the rail in the room

    I liked the most its' closeness to the metro, plenty of shops around, a very good breakfast. Very convenient to get to the airport.

    A tiny bath-tube, rather unpleasant smell in the corridors.

    Location is close to most attractive places in Berlin for shoping, caffees and restaurants along with good price.

    The staff are nearly invisible for any help.

    This spot is a design lover's dream with its eclectic interiors and cozy rooftop bar. The panoramic views from the rooms are fine! Had a fantastic time lounging in the inviting lobby. Felt so welcomed and relaxed, like a VIP experience.
